The aim of the CARVIREN Experiment is to development a Virtual Community for The CAR Venue, where cinematic and physiological parameters with high definition recordings (from Training Sessions) will be available in real time and/or remotely (if needed), providing rapid feedback to improve the sport performance.

CAR VIRtual ENviroment (CARVIREN) will use an innovative system of Specials Hubs, developed by RealTrack Systems, which collect data from different devices via Bluetooth, Ant+ and/or TCP/IP; and also sync them.

They can be part of the Venue Infrastructure and when needed, becoming mobile transmission units, collecting data, processing it and sending it back to CAR Venue in Real time, no matter where in the World, just using Wifi Connection.
All these data will be accessible to different users though a virtual environment (using a browser), where different actors will have access to a series of small utilities or widgets (called Sport Widgets) that will allow them to observe the trainings and analyze the results without space or time limitation, providing a better rapid feedback and consequently, a much better High Performance.

The CAR is a very special venue, where trainings and athletics routines cannot be shared with the general public (not all of them, at least). In this Experiment we have the opportunity of the implementation across the CARVIREN system with a social network functionality, what will allow stakeholders to interact between themselves by posting opinions and comments in the videos and the workout results.
